Clyde Everton Atkins II was born in the parish of St. James. He was the fourth child to be born to Clothild Hibbert ( Now Jones)and Clyde Atkins I on January 2, 1983. Rando was a God fearing individual who accepted the biblical mandate to cleave to his family. Rando loved life and his love for life led him to the house of the Lord on Sunday even after a long night of partying. Rando lived by the percepts of being his brother's and sister's keeper. He was a confidant and friend to many. He was fund by many women from all walks of life. If ever there was an optimist he was one. He had a positive out-look on life regardless of how grim the situation seemed.
